The Health and Physical Education program is an integral part of the total educational process. We strive to provide a framework in which the student can develop physically, mentally, socially, emotionally and spiritually. Through Physical Education experiences and Health information students have the opportunity to gain knowledge, enhance physical health and fitness, and to acquire skills which promote a healthy lifestyle.
