The mission of Holy Redeemer High School calls all involved to live
the Precepts of the Catholic Church
You shall attend Mass on all Sundays and holy days of obligation.
You shall confess your sins at least once a year.
You shall humbly receive your creator in Holy Communion at least during the Easter season.
You shall keep holy the holy days of obligation.
You shall observe the prescribed days of fasting and abstinence.
You shall provide for the needs of the Church, according to your ability.

Catholic education comes from the very heart of the Church and the religious formation of our students is at the very heart of our mission at Holy Redeemer High School.
The focus of the Religious Formation Program is…
To teach the Doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church through a Theology curriculum established by the Diocese of Scranton.
To build a Christian community through participation in the liturgical life of the Church.
To deepen the spiritual lives of our students through annual class retreat days.
To instill a sense of Christian service to one’s neighbor.
